We used more than 100 cylinder vases and floating candles to make the ceremony area glowy and romantic.

Please feast your eyes on the fantastic photos that Ling Photography took of the Bigelow Chapel at the United Theological Seminary in New Brighton at Amma and Drew’s wedding in August. If you are still in search of a ceremony site, please check out this gem. It is located off of Silver Lake Road and 694, so it’s perfectly situated to be a quick drive to many different Twin Cities reception venues.
They are having an open house this Saturday from 1 – 3pm to view the space and ask questions… You must check it out!

Dan is my “webguy.” When we sat down to talk about my website, he told me of his plans to whisk Jamie off to Paris to propose to her. Swoon! These high school sweethearts we engaged soon after and I got the lucky job of helping them plan their wedding! It was a lot of fun working with their color palette and getting giddy with Jamie when we’d start talking about ideas and being on the exact same page. Recently their wedding and the talents of Emma Freeman Photography have been featured on the Minnesota Bride Blog for their wedding details and for the guys’ pre-wedding photos. There are so many great photos of the day that, once again(!), I’m breaking this wedding into two parts. Please enjoy part one. Thanks SO MUCH for allowing me to be such a big part of your day, Jamie and Dan. Dinner soon… I PROMISE!

The Vendor List

Plain and simple, the best way to get the word out about your favorite people to work with from your wedding is through word-of-mouth recommendations and online vendor reviews. It’s likely that the first thing you did to jump-start your planning efforts was fire up Google (or your preferred search engine) and hit the internet for the best resources to find vendors. If you loved working with a vendor, support their work by telling the world through online review sites. This way, when others are doing their research for their own vendor dream team, you’ll be able to tell them about your experiences and get other great couples to your favorite wedding vendors!
